Risks & Side Effects
Common side effects include swelling, bruising, tenderness, or redness at the injection site. Less common risks include lumps, asymmetry, and infection. Can you Dissolve Exisiting Dermal Filler?
Yes, we can dissolve fillers if they have migrated or the result is not what you were seeking. We do this by injecting the enzyme, Hyalase.
Longevity
Most fillers last between 6–18 months. However, areas with high movement (such as the lips) may require more frequent maintenance, typically every 3–9 months. Your practitioner will discuss a customized maintenance plan during your consultation.
What To Expect
Dermal filler treatments are generally well tolerated, as most products contain a built-in local anaesthetic to enhance comfort during the procedure. We also use advanced techniques, including a cannula—a blunt-tipped instrument designed to minimise discomfort and reduce the risk of bruising.

Treatment involves a series of small, precise injections into targeted areas and typically takes between 30–60 minutes. Results are visible immediately, with final results becoming more apparent once any initial swelling or redness has settled, usually within a few days.
