Booking Policy & Terms of Service

By Appointment Only - All treatments are by appointment only. When booking, clients agree to the terms outlined in this policy. A consultation may be required prior to certain treatments to assess suitability and ensure safe, personalised care.

Securing Your Booking - A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This is applied toward the cost of your treatment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another appointment if adequate notice is given.

Notice Period - We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice.

Late Cancellations or Missed Appointments - To ensure availability for all clients, failure to provide notice may result in:

• Loss of your deposit

• A cancellation fee

• A requirement to prepay for future bookings

Late Arrivals - If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. In some cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Our Refund Policy - Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, we do not offer refunds on services performed. Refunds are not available for change of mind, dissatisfaction based on personal preference, or results that vary from expectations discussed during consultation. Unused prepaid treatments may be transferable at the discretion of the clinic.

Guaranteed Results - Individual results vary, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. If you have concerns following treatment, please contact us so we can arrange a review appointment.

The Two-Week Follow-Up - If you are new to Flourish Aesthetics, we offer a two-week follow-up to assess:

• Your response to treatment

• The need for a "top-up"

• Your overall satisfaction

• A comparison of before and after photos

Treatment Suitability - All treatments are subject to a clinical consultation and medical assessment. Flourish Aesthetics reserves the right to decline treatment if it is not clinically appropriate, if there are safety concerns, or if medical history indicates increased risk. Our priority is always client safety and natural results.

Medical Disclosure - Clients must provide accurate and complete medical information. Failure to disclose relevant health conditions, medications, or previous treatments may affect treatment safety and outcomes.

• Children & Guests - For safety and privacy reasons, we ask that clients attend appointments without children or additional guests, unless previously arranged.

• Payment Terms - Payment is required on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods (including EFTPOS, Credit Card, and Afterpay) will be outlined at the time of booking.

• Anti-wrinkle treatments: Full results appear within 3–14 days.

• Dermal fillers: Results are immediate, though the final outcome is best seen once swelling settles (usually after 2 weeks).
