Post Treatment Aftercare Guide

It is normal to experience some mild reactions at the injection sites. These usually settle within a few days:

• Mild redness

• Swelling

• Tenderness

• Bruising

To reduce the risk of infection and ensure the product settles correctly, please avoid:

• Touching or massaging the treated area

• Alcohol consumption

• Intense exercise

• Saunas or steam rooms

• Lying flat for 4 hours (specific to anti-wrinkle treatments)

Bruising can take 3–10 days to resolve. To help minimize these effects:

• Apply a cool compress gently to the area.

• Keep your head elevated when sleeping for the first night.

• Avoid blood-thinning supplements (unless medically required).

For the first 48 hours, please take extra care to avoid pressure on the treated area:

• No facial massages or professional skin treatments.

• Avoid dental procedures.

• Avoid excessive heat or direct sun exposure.

While complications are rare, your safety is our priority. Please contact Flourish Aesthetics immediately if you experience:

• Severe or worsening pain

• Blanching or whitening of the skin

• Increasing redness or heat

• Signs of infection

• Anti-wrinkle treatments: Full results appear within 3–14 days.

• Dermal fillers: Results are immediate, though the final outcome is best seen once swelling settles (usually after 2 weeks).
